However, we understand that plans can change, and we are committed to offering a fair and transparent refund process. 1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation by Lopez World Tours: If Lopez World Tours cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a natural disaster, flight disruptions, or other unavoidable events, a full refund will be issued.
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations initiated by the customer depend on the terms and conditions of the specific booking (flights, hotels, visas, etc.). Please refer to the individual service provider’s cancellation policy, which may include non-refundable fees.
- Service Failures: If there is a failure on our part to provide the agreed-upon services (such as incorrect bookings or failure to deliver the services paid for), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Some bookings, including special promotions, discounted rates, or specific airline and hotel reservations, are marked as non-refundable. In such cases, refunds cannot be processed.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made outside of the allowed cancellation window (as specified in the booking terms) will not qualify for a refund.
- No-Show: Failure to show up for a booked service (flight, hotel stay, tour, etc.) without prior cancellation will result in no refund.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Notify our team by contacting our customer support via email or phone, providing your booking details and the reason for the refund request.
- Review Process: Our team will review your request and the applicable terms of the booking to determine eligibility for a refund.
- Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days. The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Refund Amount
The refund amount is subject to the following:
- Full Refund: You will receive a full refund if Lopez World Tours cancels your trip or if you cancel within the eligible cancellation window.
- Partial Refund: In cases where only part of the services were used, or the cancellation is within a limited timeframe, a partial refund will be granted based on the unused portion of the service.
- Deductions: Any cancellation fees, service fees, or non-refundable portions of the booking will be deducted from the total refund.
5. Changes and Modifications
If you wish to modify your booking instead of canceling it, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. We will work with the relevant service providers to make adjustments where possible, though additional charges may apply depending on the changes.
